Since all of our items and Pre-Ordered, Hand Creafted item, we don't accept refund or exchange unless there is a problem with the product.
If you have received a defective product, contact us within 10 days after receiving your order.
Leave a message on Q&A section and with your order number and a photo of the defective product and we will contact you within 24 hours(Weekdays).
If there is a problem with the product we will give you back the amount you paid for the item or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer.

- We don't accept Simple "Change of Mind" refund or exchange.
- If the product has been used or damage by user's careless it is non-refundable.
- If you request for a refund or exchange after 10 days from receiving an item, it is non-refundable.
